Saturday Training Focus
Still Deload week so taking it a little lighter still. Getting back into some jerk work after not doing it much last cycle. Good day to really try and dial in some Jerks at sub maximal loads. Then finishing with some Accessories to keep thsoe shoulders and backs feel good.
