Troy Donahue
Owner and Head Coach of Mile High CrossFit. Troy has been doing CrossFit since 2017 and has seen first hand the positive physical and mental benefits that fitness and community can provide. Since starting to workout in his basement at the age of 13 Troy has pursued a career in fitness. Acquiring an Exercise Science degree, working as a college strength and conditioning coach and now almost a decade coaching CrossFit. He gets to pursue his passion everyday by operating Mile High.
He found CrossFit after his football career ended and immediately fell in love with the style of training. The ability to still train like an athlete and push the boundaries of performance are what had him hooked. Because of his background in sports he also specializes in training youth athletes by building a base in strength and conditioning that they will carry with them for life.
Troy leans heavily on the support of his wife Elizabeth who is also an avid CrossFitter. Together they try and create a gym where families not only workout, but also create lasting relationships with other like minded individuals. Outside of the gym they enjoy spending time with their son Treaton and cheering on the Cleveland Browns and Guardians!

Keaton Coates
My name is Keaton Coates. I was born and raised in Tallahassee, FL, where I later graduated from Florida State University.
Sports and competition have played a definitive role in my life for as long as I can remember. After graduating high school I was looking for a new outlet and that’s when I stumbled upon CrossFit. I quickly fell in love with the consistent challenge and the friendships that CrossFit brought into my life. Flash forward about 8 years and I have now been coaching for 7+ years, obtained my CF-L3, and launched my own fitness focused apparel brand, PR Apparel.
I feel lucky my “work” is helping others through their fitness journey. My fiancé and I just recently moved to Colorado and we are stoked to be a part of the Mile High community.

United States Air Force Academy where she competed for 4 years on the women’s gymnastics team.
She has been part of the Mile High CrossFit family since 2020.
She believes functional fitness is a way of life and when done consistently and correctly, it can benefit
anyone at any age. Her positivity, smile and fun play lists make those who attend class feel welcome

Kristi will be your biggest cheerleader, motivator, and drill sergeant (if need be). She is a big believer in
working hard, but also playing hard. Lastly, she makes the best protein chocolate chip cookies!
